I am confused by the grammar-deficient nature of the message. Are they saying they are prepared to kill themselves if we are unhappy with the prices, or they were going to until they saw the prices? If it is the latter then why not sell the dog for more money first if drug prices are inflated? My final question is, "Have they logically and sequentially come up with a plan for self-termination?" After all it seems highly unlikely that they'd be able to properly ingest the animal after already dying.

It should be quite clear Andrew, he planned to poison his dog with Cyanide or something similar, then eat it, consuming the poison himself thus dying.

Or have you not considered how to eat a dog and kill yourself at the same time before?
