ADS on my windows 7

About 8 weeks ago I found an ADS on my win 7 installation.

I couldn't remove it while logged in so I booted into Ubuntu 10 and rm -rf'ed the whole directory it was in..

It's c:\users\Public\DRM\ : ?????????? (48bytes) and

c:\users\Public\DRM\ : ?????????? (48bytes)

It's back again. And I can't remove it while windoz 7 is active.

Anyone know what it is.. I thought it was digital rights management.

Any ideas.

Not exactly. It was installed using a genuine win7 disc.
But was activated by modifying the bios(SLIC 2.1).
