Your challenge should you choose to accept it, is to compress the JQuery library
Rules
1. http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.2.js (this file only)
2. Your program should execute JQuery and retain all functionality and doesn't break anything.
3. The program should be completely automated
4. Any language
5. Final size must include any decompression code
6. It should execute JQuery correctly on IE8, Chrome, Opera, Safari and FF
