I know that there are lots of Hardware solutions available and seen some software solutions also. What makes one better than another? Any suggestions and comparison help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's some feedback from the criminally insane:

Do they ask for the money upfront? If so, I own their soul forever.

What liability have they accepted when they signed their name, and how can that liability be exhausted?

Are they straight out pricks? If so, sabotage it and watch both sides burn while running away!
