Job Description: An integral part of the Marketing organization and the company as a whole. Create cohesive team strategy with both the companies Marketing and Field Sales to target prospects and deliver on lead generation programs and marketing events. Provide complex marketing data for Executive Analysis which will be used to determine and manage sales productivity.

Responsible for developing a wide range of lead generation and marketing programs including events, tradeshows, e-mail campaigns, direct mail campaigns, seminars, web seminars, etc. to drive sales and loyalty for the product lines.
Responsible for managing a telemarketing company to generate targeted leads including monitoring their performance against metrics.
Generate leads for both large Enterprises and mid-market.
He/She will rely on solid quantitative skills to develop programs to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI and results.
Using SF.Com, generate reports on ROI of various campaigns, follow up to ensure that sales are following up on leads, and take corrective actions to optimize results.
An integral part of the Marketing organization and the company as a whole.
Responsible for delivering the company message in order to generate qualified leads for Inside Sales Reps to follow up on.
Create cohesive team strategy with both the Marketing and Field Sales to target prospects and deliver on lead generation programs and marketing events.
Maintain accurate and complete data as well as create reports in Salesforce.com.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of marketing & sales experience. Minimum of 2-3 years experience working with Telesales or Telebusiness units. Experience in software and/or services. Experience in a start-up company.Experience in security products is desirable. Proven track record of achieving aggressive established targets and/or quotas. Ability to deliver concise, compelling messages over the phone and email. Extensive use of Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.com or other CRP applications. Knowledge of security or database technology is a plus. High energy, enthusiastic and excellent team player.

A minimum of five years experience in managing marketing and on-line marketing programs is required.
Ability to work at strategic level and yet be hands-on.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of event management, Webinars, Seminars, direct mail campaigns, direct e-mail campaigns, e-newsletters, media planning, product offers and web-based sales delivery.
The idea candidate will have significant depth in direct marketing, advertising and on-line media. International marketing campaign experience is a strong plus.The ideal candidate will have lead generation experience in both Enterprise and mid-markets.

Candidate will have excellent writing skills.
Experience in software and/or services.
Experience in a start-up company.
Experience in security products is highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving aggressive established targets and/or quotas.
Ability to develop and deliver concise, compelling messages.
Extensive use of Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.com or other CRM applications.
High energy, enthusiastic and excellent team player.
Education:BA/BS in Business. Preferably an MBA.Marketing & Sales background through professional training, work experience or additional degrees/certification programs.

Compensation – Salary110 – 125. + bonuses and stock options.
