Is there anyway to configure tor to do this?

Now tor has been running fine and i have all the right configurations to run it properly but i have a question. Is there a way to configure tor so that you can stop tor from automatically changing your ip(since it automatically changes in about 10mins or less) and only change your ip when you click new identity?

thank you

there is no way to do this, appart from patching tor (and, no, you won't do it)
regular circuit reconstruction is an essential functionnality of onion routing. if you want a permanent proxy, use a permanent proxy, not an onion router
