Post Goatse, And Go To Jail

I'm not sure how many people are aware of this, because I myself only found out a few months ago and ignored it, but apparently sending text or images (Goatse), which deceives the receive is an actual criminal offense. This relates a lot to one of rsnake's latest blog entries about hotlinking, and the guy running for office (I don't pay attention to political matters as it's all a scam) who was served up a nice pint of ownage when the image on his profile was changed by the host. More information is available at [shii.wordpress.com]. Anyfuck, apparently this is an actual law:

§ 2252C. Misleading words or digital images on the Internet
(a) IN GENERAL.—Whoever knowingly embeds words or digital
images into the source code of a website with the intent to deceive a person
into viewing material constituting obscenity shall be fined under this title
and imprisoned for not more than 10 years.

(b) MINORS.—Whoever knowingly embeds words or digital images
into the source code of a website with the intent to deceive
a minor into viewing material harmful to minors on the Internet
shall be fined under this title and imprisoned for not more than 20 years.

(c) CONSTRUCTION.—For the purposes of this section, a word or
digital image that clearly indicates the sexual content of the
site, such as ‘sex’ or ‘porn’, is not misleading.

(d) DEFINITIONS.—As used in this section—HR 4472 EAS.

(1) the terms ‘material that is harmful to minors’ and ‘sex’
have the meaning given such terms in section 2252B; and
‘‘(2)the term 'source code’ means the combination of text and
other characters comprising the content, both viewable
and nonviewable, of a web page, including any website publishing
language, programming language, protocol or functional content, as
well as any successor languages or protocols.’’.

(b) TABLE OF SECTIONS.—The table of sections for chapter 110
of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after
the item relating to section 2252B the following:
2252C. Misleading words or digital images on the Internet.’’.

I saw this before, they'd never be able to enforce something like this.

WhiteAcid, I'm sure it's enforced somewhere in the U.S. I believe it is Texas (it was mentioned on Dateline NBC numerous times) where no matter what state you're actually in if you solicit a minor for sex over the internet you'll be arrested as it carries a felony charge.

@Henaro
AIMIRITE? Expect much butthurt to ensue.

RFC6969 - AKA The Goatse Disclaimer

I propose that from here on out, a new standard is created for disclaimers. Each site should, from now on, have a file called Disclaimer.txt placed in it's root directory (i.e. [ha.ckers.org]).

The disclaimer contents should vary from site to site of course, but each site should have within their disclaimer the ability to change, modify and/or remove any image they have on their server. This disclaimer should hold harmless the owners of the site for any damage done to any other person and/or business for using data, images, or any other information from this site without the written permission of the site owner. This includes the ability to replace any image which is being illegally linked to from any other site, to any image, whether appropriate or not, this site's administrator so desires.

If anyone on this site has any legal background (obviously, I do not), could they create such a disclaimer that could hold it's own in court?

Also, if anyone has any experience writing actual RFC's, your help would be greatly appreciated!
