Some people asked me where did I got this information.

I don't have any connection with the underground, just found some link on del.icio.us
The link was called "the Wal-Mart of the underground"
Following this link, managed to find another link, ...

However, from what I understand, these are not private underground servers, they are public ones.

These guys need "customers" to be able to sell their stuff and they have public forums (for public) and private forums. Didn't see any private forums, you get there if you buy something from one of them.

His bandwidth numbers are all wrong for home computers unless they are all in Asia or Europe, very few in the US have that much upstream.

Yah and guess where those creditcard dumps are coming from; the average murky restaurant where they skim cards by the thousands. If anyone one is still afraid of online banking; I would be more affraid of going to dinner with a creditcard.

There is not that much upstream in Europe ... this are typically downstream numbers
