If i had a vbulletin forum and i wanted to put it on a server that can handle at least 10,000 simultaneous online users, what server specs would i need?

Would a 7.2GHZ, 4GB RAM, CentOS, apache, no caching, no cdn, Raid, be able to handle 10,000 simultaneous online users browsing a vbulletin forum?

SSL cookie+admin cookie

I want to make my website secure by using session cookies(not stored on a user's pc). I also want to use ssl. I know how to set session cookies using php, but what type of cookie does SSL use?, session or persistent(stored on user's pc) cookie?

And i was told if a hacker finds the administrator cookie they will be able to have admin privilages. If i use session cookies, will this eliminate the risk? Because session cookies are stored in the browser's memory, not the pc's hard drive.

What is the most secure way to have an admin login control panel for my site? For example cpanel uses www.url.com/cpanel then you type in username and password, so I'm just wondering what the most secure way is?

I am thinking of getting a php website made, and i am trying to find the cheapest php development company(not freelancer) to build the php website, so I would like to know which ones you used and what were their prices?

P.S
The company has to be based in the UK or USA.

because I merged 3 stupid threads together and changed the subject to inform the author, hoping that maybe next time, he will create a single thread and ask his stupid questions in that manner.

However, I'm pretty sure these stupid threads were started by 1/2 of a spammer which later the other 1/2 of the spammer will come around with scripted answers which also point to some stupid website that will undoubtedly be exactly what the first 1/2 spammer was looking for.. I need coffee..

to answer your original question, yes, but it's all about tuning your database.
