firefox inside firefox inside forefox ...

I don't know if you guys have ever seen this before, but i found it during an error with firefox. I googled it and it only shows a russian page (wich i don't understand).

So to see it just open chrome://browser/content/browser.xul in your firefox
you can keep opening 'browsers' inside 'browsers'.

I don't know if this can be usefull for anything and i'm preaty sure it isn't but anyway it's weird. It doesn't load my bookmarks in the new 'browsers'

PS: using latest version of firefox (1.5.0.7) - hope this isn't just working on my pc cause i only tried here.

Funny enough I did testing on that exact issue this very weekend. You can't instantiate it inside the DOM from what I can tell (if you guys can think of a way I'd be interested to hear it - maybe moz-binding?) or it might be more useful.

However, I did notice extreme sluggish behavior when I tested it. Even with only a half dozen open on a 800mhz box it seemed to get fairly unresponsive. I just can't figure out how to get a browser to go there (including weird stuff like 301 redirection etc...).

All of this would be more useful if you could call it from the web context. If you can think of anything, let me know, and I'll start poking around more. Without fixing that single issue I'm not sure I can do much.
